No one wants to have a wisdom tooth pulled, especially someone with “dentist phobia” like me. However! If you must have oral surgery, I guarantee you there is not a better office in North Texas than that of Dr. Hornberger and his staff. Everything is thoroughly explained, all questions answered, and treatment options given. And don’t let the authentic scuffed cowboy boots, soft old country music in the background, and friendly atmosphere fool you. He is brilliant. Relax and feel confident that you are in the best of hands. The procedure was completed just as explained to me and approved by me. And, seriously— minimal pain. I was sent home with clear instructions, and prescriptions for antibiotics, mouth rinse, and pain pills I doubt I will need.. My extra-strength Tylenol is doing the trick. Exhaling as we speak…

I was so impressed with Dr. Hornberger’s office. His receptionist, Heather is so sweet and took very good care of me, and Dr. Hornberger. Took time to explain everything to me. And also called himself to check on me once I got back home. I would recommend this Oral surgeon to anyone looking for excellent care and very experienced staff. I felt very well taken care of by everyone in the office. Definitely five star !!!!

I typically don't leave reviews but the high level of service I received at Red River Oral Surgery warrants one. I had a couple cracked teeth and my dentist recommended Dr. Hornberger for molar extractions and implants. My experience with Dr. Hornberger and his staff have been second to none. From the first phone call for appt scheduling to the fee explanation with his Office Manager... his staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Hornberger took the time to explain the procedure in great detail during our consult and really made me feel at ease about the process. I chose to use a local anesthetic and nitrous vs IV sedation to save some $ so I was awake and coherent during the procedure. I liked the fact that Dr. Hornberger took the time to explain what he was doing and what I would feel before each part of the procedure... and he had some good tunes playing in the background. He really went above and beyond.

I had two wisdom teeth pulled and this office was amazing. Their main goal was to make sure that I was not in pain without having to worry about the burden financial issues. They are very understanding and caring. I would definitely recommend going here for extractions.

Dr. H. and his staff are all top-notch!! Let me elaborate on how I came to have surgery at this office. All 4 of my wisdom teeth were needing to be extracted, a couple were impacted. I was referred to a local oral surgeon, once my consultation was complete, I left the other office with a feeling of uncertainty. (My consultation seemed very "robotic", "Done many of these, we will put you to sleep, take them out, off work 3 days, ok.ok" ). Searched the internet & sought out a 2nd opinion. Dr. H. made me feel like a person, he spoke with me-not to me. He took time to explain why I needed the procedure and what he suggested we do to remedy the situation-all the while- allowing me the opportunity to ask questions- WITHOUT rushing me! Every member of his staff were personable &knowledgeable. Surgery was quick and my recovery was "sooo" EASY! If you need oral surgery & want to be WELL taken care of... by a competent, caring staff-Then you are at the right office! #HIGHLY RE COMMEND!!
